Origin Story
I’ve always been in the construction industry. I served in the Army, and once I got out, I went straight into construction. I had worked with Curtis before, and when he reached out about Raptor, I already knew his reputation and the reputation of this company. It felt like a great fit from the jump, and honestly, it’s been a blessing.
Homeowner Experience
I show up prepared. That’s the first thing. From there, I listen to the homeowner’s concerns, really hear them out, and then clearly explain their options so we can find the right solution together. No overcomplicating it, no talking over your head. Just a straight conversation about what’s going on and what makes sense for you.
The Standard
That I was prepared, knowledgeable, and gave them confidence and peace of mind about their project. If you feel good about the process and trust the person handling your roof, that’s everything.
What Gets Matt Fired Up
Helping a homeowner get a full roof replacement approved through insurance and seeing the relief it brings them. That moment when someone realizes they’re covered and they’re getting what they need? That’s the best part of this job. It never gets old watching that weight come off someone’s shoulders.
