Origin Story

How Dylan got here

Before Raptor, I spent several years working in logistics. That’s actually where I met our owner Cameron. We worked together in that world, so when he brought me on to the Raptor team, it just made sense. We already had that trust and working relationship built, and I was ready for something new.

Over the top communication. That’s the big one. From the moment we’re on your project, you’re going to know what’s happening and when. One job that always stands out to me is Mike Kuar’s project. His wife actually made lunch for our entire crew while we were working. That moment stuck with me. It was a reminder that the people we’re doing this for are genuinely kind, and they appreciate what we do. That’s the stuff that keeps you going.
