What Gets Curtis Fired Up
The work is personal when trust is on the line.
Early on at Raptor, I worked with a homeowner named Dwayne who needed a new roof and gutters approved through insurance. He told me that a previous contractor he’d been dealing with actually showed up to a meeting appearing intoxicated. Understandably, that left him uncomfortable and uncertain about the whole process. I walked Dwayne and his wife through the insurance route step by step, explained the numbers clearly, and helped them secure the roof and gutters they deserved. That experience reminded me how much trust matters in this industry, and how easily homeowners can be left without the coverage they’re entitled to if they don’t have the right guidance.
- Homeowner focus: My primary focus is supporting our sales team, but homeowners may speak with me or one of the owners during their initial call to our office.
- The goal: "Every member of that Raptor team has a servant’s heart." That’s the standard. If a homeowner feels that from every single person they interact with, we’ve done something special.
Curtis’s Raptor promiseMy primary focus is supporting our sales team, but homeowners may speak with me or one of the owners during their initial call to our office. When that happens, my goal is to understand your situation, ask the right questions, and help streamline your experience with Raptor from the very first conversation. By identifying your needs upfront, we can make the inspection process more efficient and ensure you receive accurate, transparent pricing at the time of inspection.
