How'd you end up at Raptor?

Before Raptor, I was down in Florida building homes for Neal Homes. Made the move into roofing and haven't looked back since.

So a homeowner books an appointment and you pull up. What happens next?

I keep it simple. I'm there to take care of you. I walk the property, do a full inspection, and sit down with you to go over everything. By the time I leave, you've got a clear understanding of what's going on with your roof, a signed contract, and a plan to get it taken care of. No runaround, no second visit needed. We handle it all right there.

What do you want every homeowner to walk away saying about you?

That I was professional, honest, and that no matter what came up, I owned the good and the bad. That's how I operate. If something goes sideways, I'm not hiding from it. And when things go right, we celebrate that together.

What's the part of this job that really gets you fired up?

All of my homeowners remind me why I love this job. But there's a handful that took some extra detail to get them fully approved through insurance. Those are the ones that give you an extra boost. When you take someone from a repair to a full replacement and they realize they're getting the roof they actually need? That feeling never gets old.

On your day off you're ___?

Either with my wife and kids or on the golf course. No in between.

If you weren't in roofing?

I'd be starting third base for the Reds. They could use me.
