How'd you end up at Raptor?

Before Raptor, I worked as a sales representative for a global construction materials manufacturer. A close friend introduced me to our owners, Cameron and Patrick, and it was a great fit from the start. I was drawn to the people and the culture. Great people really do make a great company, and I knew that the moment I met this team.

So a homeowner calls Raptor. What's your role in that process?

My primary focus is supporting our sales team, but homeowners may speak with me or one of the owners during their initial call to our office. When that happens, my goal is to understand your situation, ask the right questions, and help streamline your experience with Raptor from the very first conversation. By identifying your needs upfront, we can make the inspection process more efficient and ensure you receive accurate, transparent pricing at the time of inspection. It all starts with that first phone call, and we want to get it right.

What do you want every homeowner to walk away saying about Raptor?

"Every member of that Raptor team has a servant's heart." That's the standard. If a homeowner feels that from every single person they interact with, we've done something special.

What's the part of this job that really gets you fired up?

Early on at Raptor, I worked with a homeowner named Dwayne who needed a new roof and gutters approved through insurance. He told me that a previous contractor he'd been dealing with actually showed up to a meeting appearing intoxicated. Understandably, that left him uncomfortable and uncertain about the whole process. I walked Dwayne and his wife through the insurance route step by step, explained the numbers clearly, and helped them secure the roof and gutters they deserved. That experience reminded me how much trust matters in this industry, and how easily homeowners can be left without the coverage they're entitled to if they don't have the right guidance.

On your day off you're ___?

At the golf course. Every time.

If you weren't in roofing?

I'd be in local politics, working to help my community be a better place. Service has always been a big part of who I am.
