What do you want every homeowner to walk away saying about you?

What's the part of this job that really gets you fired up?

Teaching homeowners about using their insurance to save them money. One of my clients wasn't going to be able to have Christmas for her kids because she had to pay out of pocket to fix her roof. I helped her file a claim with her insurance and got it covered. We helped her save Christmas. That's the kind of stuff that reminds you why you show up every day.

On your day off you're ___?

No days off.

If you weren't in roofing?

I'd just be coaching basketball. That's the only other thing that gets me going like this.
