How'd you end up at Raptor?

I've owned several businesses in the past, including a roofing company. You're going to work with someone who is very knowledgeable about roofing and insurance restoration and who truly cares about his clients. I listen to your needs and provide the best solutions available. From start to finish, I follow through on my promises. I keep my clients well informed and remain completely dedicated to making sure the entire process is as easy as possible for them. That's not a pitch. That's just how I operate.

What do you want every homeowner to walk away saying about you?

"Jamie followed through on everything he told me, and I know he cared about our needs." If a homeowner says that, I've done exactly what I set out to do.

What's the part of this job that really gets you fired up?

I've had many insurance claims go from complete denial or inadequate coverage to full replacements being covered. That's what got me into this business in the first place. I enjoy helping homeowners avoid being taken advantage of by their insurance carrier. When someone is told no and I'm able to turn that into a yes, that's why I do this.

On your day off you're ___?

Spending time with my family doing something outdoors. We love to camp, go fishing, and the kids love to swim. If the weather's nice, we're outside.

If you weren't in roofing?

A Calvin Klein underwear model. Or more realistically, an entrepreneur of some sort. If we're really dreaming though? A fishing charter boat captain out on the ocean. That's the dream right there.
