How'd you end up at Raptor?
Before Raptor, I owned my own personal training business. Making the move into the roofing industry was a completely different world, but the passion for helping people carried right over. It's the same drive, just a different arena.
What's your role at Raptor and how does it impact the homeowner experience?
I'm the account service manager for Mike Kinney. My job is to keep homeowners informed with communication and updates through every transition and stage of their Raptor experience. From the moment your project kicks off to the moment it wraps up, I'm the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks and you always know where things stand.
What do you want every homeowner to walk away saying about you?
That I made the whole process simple and stress free. Roofing can feel overwhelming, and my job is to make sure it doesn't.
What's the part of this job that really gets you fired up?
So many homeowners are unfamiliar with their options when it comes to large home improvements like roofing. Being able to educate them so they can have the best possible results for their projects is really fun to me. Watching someone go from confused to confident? That's the best part.
On your day off you're ___?
Being a mom to all my littles and enjoying home life. That's where my heart is.
If you weren't at Raptor?
I'd own a mobile coffee business. Still out there serving people, just with lattes instead of roofing updates.
