Local Guidance That Keeps Projects Moving
I didn’t start in roofing. Not even close. I spent the first chapter of my career in corporate logistics. High-pressure sales, Fortune 500 clients, time-sensitive deals where a missed deadline meant millions on the line. I was good at it. I made great money doing it.
This is home, and I wanted to build a company I’d actually be proud of in the community I care about. What I brought from my corporate background was a different way of thinking about how a contractor should operate. Systems, communication, follow-through.
Contractors are one of the least-trusted professions in the country. I saw that as an opportunity, not a problem. Do what you say. Show up when you say you will. Treat people like you’d want to be treated. That shouldn’t be a competitive advantage, but in this industry, it is.
